Phase 1: Proposal and Agreement (Typically 2 weeks from Preliminary)
Phase 2: Discovery Deep-dive (depending on enterprise size, up to two months)
Phase 3: Design and Planning (depending on complexity, up to two months)
Phase 4: Implementation and Coaching (depending on complexity, up to 12 months)
Phase 5: Review, Conclusion and Transition (2 months after last implementation)
